Busy Barn Mini Farm is a family run children’s farm just outside the beautiful village of Dunmore East, only 15 minutes drive from Waterford City and Tramore.
It provides a fun, educational and great value day out for adults and children alike, whatever the weather. Busy Barn Mini Farm has lots to keep the kids occupied – meet the animals, have fun outside, or discover the indoor play area.

Outdoors
The outdoor areas at Busy Barn Mini Farm are as exciting as the indoor area!
Our animals and birds in our mini farm are very excited to meet you all! We have a pony, pigs, sheep, goats and Terrance the Turkey likes to show off to visitors. Our ducks and geese will have a great chat with you as you pass by!
We also have an outdoor eating area where the adults can relax with a cuppa, and something nice to eat, from our café while the kids play.
There’s lots to play on: swings, slides, climbing frame and a sand pit. We have little tractors and cars to pedal around in

Indoors
No matter what the weather enjoy the soft play area for kids up to age 12.
We have large climbing frames, ball pools, slides and lots more.
The entire kids area is covered in foam flooring for comfort.
We have a separate area for under fours to ensure safe play for all ages.
Food & Drink
Relax in our cosy and colourful Wren’s Nest Café next to the indoor soft play with a lovely cup of coffee or tea. Enjoy our delicious homemade cakes, snacks, Morelli ice cream and light lunches. We have indoor and outdoor eating areas.

Birthday PARTIES, groups & schools
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
We offer two hour Birthday Party packages which include entry to the mini farm and indoor and outdoor play areas, kid’s meal, popcorn, and unlimited cordial for each child.
The package also includes an Ice Cream Birthday Cake and free pass gift for the birthday child.

SCHOOL TOURS
We offer school tour packages which include private use of the mini farm and indoor and outdoor play areas.
Package 1 €10 per child – bring your own packed lunch
Package 2 €15 per child includes hot lunch, juice and slushee. (Gluten free options available)
Teachers are free and can enjoy complimentary tea and scones!

GROUP & CLUB PARTIES
If you have a group or club who would like to have a party we offer exclusive use of Busy Barn for parties of more than 15 children.
Your group can enjoy entry to the mini farm and indoor and outdoor play areas, kid’s meal, popcorn, and unlimited cordial for each child.
Price is €15 per child for two hour session 6pm-8pm.
One adult must stay for every 5 children booked. Children must be aged 10 and under.

Morning snack and hot or cold lunch is provided plus unlimited drinks.
If your child has special dietary needs they may bring their own lunch. Please contact us to advise.
COST
Week Camp = 5 days (10am – 2pm) €100 per child
We may also have some spaces on a day basis at €25 per day (10am-2pm).
